All of the information gathered about our valued Members will only be used by Fa Niente. Fa Niente may contact you with promotions or offers but will never sell, lend or in any way pass your information on.

Third party disclosure of all Member information outside of Fa Niente would be limited to the specific information needed on a confidential basis and only to appropriate government institutions or in response to a court order.

Member information is kept on file indefinitely in order to serve your needs. However, payment information is only retained long enough to complete the transaction and is then destroyed electronically or mechanically.

In the event of the sale of Fa Niente, the above mentioned client information will remain with the company.

Your Options
At Fa Niente we strive to meet your personal expectancies and are therefore committed to keeping your file as up to date as possible. If at anytime you wish to update, change, remove any or all of your information it is absolutely your choice. Contact us in writing and we will be happy to comply with  your request.
